GCP Helpdesk
This is the "single point of contact" for the GCP IT team. It provides the primary means of interfacing with the IT team. It mainly serves as an easy-to-remember support address, but it may be used for virtually any reason to communicate with the IT team. The IT team also uses it for intra-office communication while troubleshooting Helpdesk tickets.
